October Blog: Trees, Farm Life, and Pumpkins

 Hello Mango Family and Friends! This month has been fantastic as we’ve learned all about trees, farms, and pumpkins! We transformed our dramatic play area into an Apple Orchard and a Pumpkin Cafe, where the children enjoyed selling fruits, vegetables, pastries, and other delicious treats you might find in a cafe. We explored the sensory garden more closely, taking a good look at the trees surrounding our school. The children created observational drawings of these trees. We also made pens for our farm animals and played with them inside a pumpkin patch for some small world play. We delved into the world of pumpkins and gourds, using magnifying glasses to examine the outer skin closely. We had a blast engaging with all the fall items, and we can’t wait to start our construction unit next week! September Blog: Our School Family

Hello Mangos family and friends! It’s hard to believe we've completed our first month at school! Our little Mangos have adjusted beautifully, getting to know their classmates and teachers. We’ve focused on classroom rules, center play, and being good friends. We’re excited to introduce our first Unit Study: Trees!
